Rarely does a midseason game between teams with a collective 4-12 record generate much interest. But expect Monday night's tilt between the Miami Dolphins (4-4) and winless Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0-8) to draw plenty of eyeballs to ESPN.

No two NFL clubs have experienced more turmoil this season, though the Bucs and embattled coach Greg Schiano have now taken a backseat to the Phins, who are in the throes of a bullying scandal that has left the locker room in turmoil.

On the field, Tampa Bay is coming off its best effort of the season, a near upset of the Seahawks in Seattle, which is widely regarded as the NFL's toughest venue.

Miami broke a four-game slide in their last outing, an impressive win over the Cincinnati Bengals. But the Dolphins, a team that has struggled to protect the ball and quarterback Ryan Tannehill, could see their game-day issues amplified with starting offensive linemen Jonathan Martin and Richie Incognito no longer in the equation.

Most of our NFL experts think the factors actually favor the Buccaneers and are picking them to notch their first W.
